An endorsement is a temporary document issued to endorse the results of a client whose certificate is lost. Endorsement will be issued to Edexcel A’ Level & O’Level and Cambridge O’Level certificates.
Service form with following documents must be submitted for the service.
- National ID Card Copy
- Passport copy if the applicant is not a local
Endorsement will be issued within working 3 days.
Endorsement will be issued upon submitting the slip issued by DPE for the applicant.
Service fee: MVR. 270.00
އެންޑޯޒްމަންޓަކީ ބޭރުގެ އިމްތިޙާނުތަކުގެ ސެޓްފިކެޓް ގެއްލުމުން، "ނަތީޖާ އަންގައިދޭ ލިޔުން" ލިބެންދެން ދެވޭ ވަގުތީ ލިޔުމެކެވެ. މި ލިޔުން ލިބޭނީ އެޑެކްސެލް އޭލެވެލް އާއި އޯލެވެލް އަދި ކެމްބްރިޖް އޯލެވެލް އިމްތިޙާނުތަކުގެ ސެޓްފިކެޓް ތަކަށެވެ.
މި ޚިދުމަތަށް އެދިލެއްވުމަށް "ސަރވިސް ރިކުއެސްޓް ފޯމް" ހުށައަޅަންވާނެއެވެ.
ފޯމާއި އެކު ހުށައަޅަންޖެހޭ ލިޔުންތައް:
- ޚިދުމަތަށް އެދޭ ފަރާތުގެ ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތެއްކަން އަންގައިދޭ ކާޑު ކޮޕީ
- ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތެއް ނޫން ނަމަ ޕާސްޕޯޓް ކޮޕީ.
އެންޑޯޒްމަންޓް ލިޔުން ހޯދުމަށް ހުށަހަޅާތާ (ރަސްމީ) 3 ދުވަހުގެ ތެރޭގައި ދޫކުރެވޭނެއެވެ. މިލިޔުންތައް ދޫކުރެވޭނީ، ޚިދުމަތަށް އެދުމުން ދޫކުރި ސްލިޕް ނުވަތަ ޙަވާލުވާ ފަރާތުގެ އައިޑީކާޑު ހުށަހެޅުމުންނެވެ.
